Ingredients

- 2 pounds baby potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 2 tablespoons butter - 1/2 cup sour cream - 2 tablespoons chopped chives - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
